Permexa deploys AI agents that watch open building permits, IBC and state-specific code amendments, and contractor license renewals across the U.S. and Mexico — then auto-draft the filings, fee payments, and inspection requests that your administrative director is still chasing by hand.
The Permexa loop
Lead-signal tools stop at step one. Form-filling apps stop at step four. Permexa is the only product that closes the loop and keeps re-running it after the permit is in your hand.
loop · runs continuously
Agents subscribe to every open permit feed, code-amendment bulletin, and license board docket that touches your projects — U.S. and Mexico, hourly.
A new IBC wind-load table, a missed inspection window, a CSLB bond renewal in 30 days — surfaced in plain language before it becomes a stop-work order.
Bilingual, jurisdiction-correct filings auto-assembled in English and Spanish. Legal terms of art, NOMs, IBC vs. NTC-2017 references, project-specific clauses preserved.
Fee calculations, USMCA tariff logic when relevant, a one-click push into Accela / OpenGov / Cloudpermit — or a print-ready paquete de trámites for the municipalidades still on paper.
After the permit is issued we don't disappear. Agents keep watching for amendments, inspection windows, and the next renewal — so the same job doesn't reopen its compliance.
What we own
Permexa subscribes to thousands of permit feeds, code bulletins, and renewal dockets so the one that matters to your specific project arrives in your inbox before it matters.
Lead-signal tools stop at noticing. Form-filling apps stop at submission. Permexa owns the entire filing cycle and keeps going after the permit is in your hand.
Permexa pushes permit numbers, inspection status, and renewal dates into Procore and the rest of your toolchain. No new dashboard your team has to learn, no double entry.
Cross-border coverage
We ship bilingual from day one. The product premise is the bilingual, multi-jurisdiction office of the CAO — where one missed renewal on either side of the border can shut a jobsite down overnight.
Permexa keeps an eye on every U.S. jurisdiction that touches your job — city, county, and state — and on every contractor board that can revoke your licence to bid.

Why this product exists
The Permexa founder spent years as the administrative director of a cross-border contractor: juggling the open permit feeds of three Texas cities, a CSLB renewal landing in the wrong inbox, a municipalidad in Jalisco that still wanted the same paquete de trámites printed on paper. One missed renewal was a stop-work order.
USMCA nearshoring is putting more of those jobs on the board. The Procore layer is fine. The compliance layer is not. Permexa is what we wished we had been able to hand her in 2019.

Request pilot access
You don’t need a clean data room or a fifty-page RFP. Send the four fields below — your name, the company, what you actually do on the project, and the cross-border cities where filings — and Permexa will scope a single-jurisdiction pilot against live feeds before we invoice you a dollar.
FAQs
We do not pretend to be a different product than we are. If we are not the right fit for your operation, we will say so.
